Founder – President – CEO
Craig Carone – A US Navy Veteran holding a national defense service medal, a special operations service ribbon, a marksman and a good conduct among others. Craig Carone then worked at NASA via Boeing Aerospace during 12 space shuttle launches where he earned Boeing Aerospace’s NASA FEPC Excellence Award Twice. And then Craig Carone Co-Founded and became President of Team NMP where he has trained thousands of County and Municipal Law Enforcement, Federal Protective Services, U.S. Marshalls, FBI and Military personnel in an array of specialties for over 25 years. Craig Carone now takes his over 35 years of learning and training experiences to focus all his time towards American Samaritans Charitable Organization. “For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.” Philippians 2:13 NLT

Frank Fattore – A sales professional, who has over 25 years of successful experience in a variety of industries including media, medical, and industrial business. Frank Fattore is a graduate of Western Illinois University, and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Frank Fattore started his career as an advertising representative for the Chicago Sun-Times, and has since taken a particular interest in neighborhood outreach programs. “Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.” Philippians 2:4 NLT
Treasurer – Chief Financial Officer – CFO
Klaudia Carone – Grew up in Poland and moved to the Chicago Suburbs in 1992. Klaudia than attended Northern Illinois University to earn a degree in mathematics education and since has earned her Master’s Degree in Education from Lewis University. Klaudia Carone is currently a tenured High School Mathematics teacher, a devoted wife and a proud mother of two serving her community. Klaudia Carone also serves as American Samaritans Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer as well as ensuring that AmSams does the most serving it can with its donations. “For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13 NLT
Board Member – Chaplain Director
Robert I. Brown – was born in Ohio in 1951. Bob graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 1972 in pastoral studies and continued at the University of Akron where he received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and History. Bob was the interim pastor of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, Parma, Ohio, 1972-1975. Pursuing his master’s degree in Old Testament at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, he graduated in 1977. Upon graduation from seminary, Bob accepted a call to serve the Alliance church in Bolingbrook, Illinois until 1985. In 1985 Bob started a consulting firm which supported the information technology industry. For some twenty years Bob was also an adjunct professor at Joliet Junior College where he taught Philosophy and Ethics until he retired in 2007. In January of 2020 Bob retired from consulting work and accepted a fulltime ministry position for Pastoral Care and Senior Ministries in which he presently serves. He also leads Life Groups on a weekly basis. Bob and his wife have three children, eight grandchildren and have been married for over 50 years, . "And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns." Philippians 1:6 NLT
Board Member – Chief Legal Director
Bernie Weiler – Received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater and English and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Bernie is a partner in the Law Firm of Mickey, Wilson, Weiler, Renzi, Lenert & Julien where Bernie has practiced as a trial, appellate and transactional attorney since 1978. Bernie has served as a Director of multiple Not for Profit Organizations including; The Waubonsee Child Development Center, The Community Counseling Center of the Fox Valley, The Gateway Foundation, MWAH, and The Steel Beam Theatre. Bernie and his law firm have served as general counsel for a considerable number of Municipal Governments, School Districts, Fire Protection Districts and other Special Taxing Districts. Bernie has also represented multiple Construction Companies and Building Trade Contractors. Bernie is a life long resident of Aurora, Illinois where Bernie lives with his wife Maureen of 42 Years and together Bernie and Maureen have raised six children. “ And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.” Colossians 3:17 NLT
Board Member – Chief Building Director
Henry Burla – Grew up on a farm and learned how to work construction at a young age. Henry’s family moved to the South West Suburbs of Chicago while he was a teenager, where he attended Joliet Junior College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Electronics. Henry then began his lifelong career as a carpenter within his families construction business. At the same time he joined the U.S. Navy Reserves and served 1.5 years on active duty which included 6 months in the Vietnam theater. After returning home from active duty in the U.S. Navy, Henry returned to his lifelong career in construction. During Henry’s 52 years of carpentry he learned all phases of construction. Henry has extensive experience in residential, commercial and industrial work. Henry will be married for 51 years this year, his wife and him have 3 children and 6 grandchildren, which keep him busy during his ‘retirement’. “But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if the person’s work has any value.” 1 Corinthians 3:13 NLT
